    Sir my son birth is cessarian due to cord around the neck, Is he have balarista dosham? DOB: 24.02.2011 Time: 12.19pm(Vishakam 3 padham) Name: P.Vimal i dont have any brothers. So i didnt do any pooja related to cord on the neck, (in temple the gurukal says if thaimamman was not there no need to do pooja for cord) he was not under critical birth, we are happy during his birth but he started his speech after 3yrs only, still he not able to understand everything not speeking well. whats the remedy for him . Please help me to solve his problem, because of him we afraid of taking another childs birth. Please do the needful asap... Revathi
